These guys are absolutely amazing. Especially Jackie. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and she took all the time she needed to make sure I get back what's owe to me from the IRS. I've been using Sammons for over 15 years and will continue. Everyone there is always super nice and Jackie helps you find every deduction you are eligible for. My taxes this year weren't as good as in the past but still better than most my friends turned out. The wait time has drastically been cut down from hours to minutes now and that's a extra bonus.

I was having an issue with turbo tax as I have used them for years, thinking I was doing everything correctly, even had a “live expert” help me with my taxes for 2 hours and it resolved nothing. I went into Sammons Income Tax and Jackie couldn’t understand why they had any issues! She completed everything and filed with ease and I was in and out fast! I will NOT use turbo tax and leave it up to the professionals here at this office!
