The manager and staff at Branch #125 could use re-training in Business 101 customer service! I’m a current customer who was looking to get another loan with them but at this point will never use their services again. The staff does not pay attention to detail which is concerning since they work with personal finance information! For a company that has been around since the 1950s, it’s sad that their legacy is being tarnished by employees who won’t align with the company’s core values, if they exist.
