Once again, Antonio saves the day! I was having trouble getting my computer to acknowledge and connect to my printer. Although I attempted to connect computer and printer many times, I was unsuccessful. On the verge of buying a new printer, I took both printer and computer to Cascade Computers and Antonio took over. He not only fixed the problem, he explained the reasons for the mal-function and what to do if the error reoccurred. He's courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. My business thanks him. Excellent, affordable and efficient services. My work laptop LCD screen was cracked badly but Cascade Computers diagnosed and fixed it within hours. I'm just a visitor but highly recommend them for your electronics needs.
