This is my go-to urgent care. Friendly, helpful, & professional! The online appointment feature is great! Walked in and was being seen within 5 minutes of arrival.Strongly recommend.

Anyone who's visited an urgent care facility of any kind knows it can be a hit/miss experience, but my visit to Piedmont UC on Dallas Highway earlier this week was as pleasant/efficient an experience as I've had. I set the appointment online the evening before and uploaded all requested forms, so the check-in for the appointment was quick. I was called back less than 10 minutes after checking in and was provided the level of attention & care I both needed and expected. Everyone I encountered throughout the event was thorough, polite, and ensured I had everything I needed before letting me go. The PUC team I encountered set a pretty high bar...thanks to you all.

The doctor was attentive and upfront with me and I truly appreciated that. She also provided me with medication to resolve my issue. Also I didn’t have a long wait and that was truly grateful for that also.
