This location on Church St is THE BEST I’ve ever been to! We have been here several times over the years and the staff and facilities are wonderful. We make appointments online and have almost never had to wait. The nurses and Dr/Np? were very friendly and understanding. The Dr was great at explaining everything. Exceptional, especially since we were there at almost closing time and they never acted irritated at all. They are the best!!
I had a drug screening at the facility on June 25, 2026 on Friday. Customer Services was EXCELLENT!!! Thanks to Kaylyn, Front Desk and Urenna, Back Office. 200% customer service, I would come back to this office in the future.
What a great experience. I was the only patient in the office when I went in at 9 AM on a Sunday. The front desk staff, the nurse and the PA named La were so courteous and thoughtful. Everything was quick and they were tender which is what I needed after feeling poorly for a few days.
