What a great experience. I was the only patient in the office when I went in at 9 AM on a Sunday. The front desk staff, the nurse and the PA named La were so courteous and thoughtful. Everything was quick and they were tender which is what I needed after feeling poorly for a few days.
I've used this Urgent Care 2-3 times now, and if you like easy to schedule, efficient care, they're worth a look. Office is clean, people are great (whatever their function), and my wife (a retired RN) is impressed too. Recommended.
It was easy to book an appointment ahead of time online so that I didn’t have to wait for an extended period (especially during the holidays when there is a higher demand for urgent care because many doctor’s offices are closed). The facility was very clean and the staff were courteous. I had to get some stitches taken out and then they taped me up. No complaints and I would definitely return to this location.
