When fighting an infection, it is always nice to be able to talk with someone over the video call and get medicine without leaving your home. I always find the Physicians at Piedmont caring, understanding, and helpful. This also keeps you home away from spreading germs to others. Thank you, Piedmont HealthCare, for giving us this option.
I have been going to the quick care for several years and trust the care and information I receive. The nurse practitioners even take a few extra minutes to walk with me to show me which otc's that they feel would help along with prescriptions they authorize. Its easy to schedule an appointment and I have always been seen on time. I highly recommend the service.
I was so sick when I went to Walgreens on Roswell Road. The person who helped me was very thorough and kind. She took my BP, asked me lots of questions and sent a prescription to my Kroger pharmacy and suggested an over the counter medicine to help. When the young lady at the register was ringing me up she recognized how badly I was feeling she even offered to help me to my car but I wasn't going to take her from her position. Great customer service by both individuals!
