The nurse was very kind but very professional. She knew exactly what to do for my problem. She informed me about my care and my medication. If I ever have a need, I will return to her for help. This was a very positive experience.

Five star experience at this Piedmont Urgent Care inside Walgreens for my 11 year old son. I booked online for an appointment 30 min later. We were called in less than 5 minutes after checking in. Sharonda was the NP and she was fast, thorough, and made my son feel comfortable. We were home 45 minutes after the appointment time, which is unheard of during peak flu season at an urgent care!

My televisit was smooth. I booked via the my chart, completed the necessary forms, 20 minutes later I received a call to confirm if it was a good time to chat then I was instructed to go the my chart app to join the call. Only issue was the volume was low. But other than that I could see the nurse and hear her it was just low. I tested the sound prior to but it was low once the call started. I had the phone volumn turned up high. In closing she wrote my prescription and sent it to the pharmacy. Everything was done within an hour maybe hour and a half.
