I have used Peachtree Orthopedics Therapy for the past five weeks. I have worked with Kathryn for the past four weeks and she has exceeded my expectations. I also saw Kyle one day and he was excellent. I have one more session but my neck and shoulder issues appear to be back to normal.

Haven't had surgery yet, but my experience at the Downwood Circle location was great. The gentleman who assisted me at check-in greeted me upon arrival and took care of my needs with professionalism and patience. I paid the $350 self-pay rate which included x-rays of my knee. Having a relatively early appointment must've been a good call because I only waited 5-10 minutes to be called back. The gentleman who took me to my exam room and asked the initial questions and the lady who took my x-rays were also friendly yet professional. Most importantly, my experience with Dr. Royster was fantastic! He is extremely kind-hearted, knowledgeable, patient, and put me at ease. He didn't rush through my exam or discussion of next steps, and I truly felt that he listened to my concerns and wants to help get me on the right track. I plan to schedule total knee replacement as soon as I switch insurance providers. In the meantime, Dr. Royster demonstrated stretching exercises to help me cope and provided paper copies as backup. I highly recommend Dr. Royster, and I only hope my future experience at Peachtree Orthopedics is just as pleasant as this one!

I have been a patient at Peachtree Orthopedics for several years. Dr Pennington for shoulder is awesome. However, today I had an appointment because I have excruciating lower back pain. It was clear to all I was in distress. I waited over an hour for doctor and had all of 5 minutes face time with Dr Cassinelli. Prescribed steroids, Gabipentin and PT. Didn't even attempt to address the horrible pain I was in at the moment. I left the visit thinking I wasted my time except I got some kind of medication but not for pain I was in. It was a "big nothing burger" visit. I'm praying the meds will EVENTUALLY help the pain in the short term and long term. mic drop
