OPI is efficient and makes the most sense in the way they bill, even when you do have insurance. I highly recommend using them if other imaging companies are pricing you out of a needed service.
I gave them a four out of five because I had to sit there for 10 minutes while no one was in the office to take care of me. I didn’t even know if there was anybody working there that day there wasn’t any other patients it was just me and I was sitting alone in the waiting room, waiting for somebody to come and check me in. I sat and sat and sat. That’s the only negative. I can say about the place otherwise the people are nice and everything went smoothly after that.
Nice facility. Was able to have Saturday MRI and have results for my doctor very quickly. Staff were very accommodating. Was little disappointed to have ear plugs in lieu of ear muffs to muffle sounds... Not as effective. But overall experience was good.
