    Northwest took care of our mole problem after Active wasn't effective. I like their model where they do lots of maintenance to keep the moles away. Our technician was always friendly and knowledgeable!

    Dependable, polite and friendly employees. They actually care if you have a problem and, they answer the phone! I get notices when they’re coming, my charge, everything I need to know. Always show up and always on time. They kill bugs too!
