I had a follow up appt today with the PA. The tech did a great job with the pre visit details. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The PA was thorough and shared a lot of helpful information. I felt like she cared that I had clarifying info so that I can be proactive with my health.
This is my first visit. I wanted to give a compliment to the medical assistant at the doctor's office. I have white coat syndrome and Omaya Ford was so pleasant and so nice. She really made me feel comfortable during my visit. It really makes a difference when people show that they care about your health and it is not just a job for them.
