It was our first appointment for me and my husband, although it was a bit difficult because of the language, (we've been here for a while and we haven't spoken or understood English very well, and the translator was sick, so the doctor was patient in meet us and google we use translator when we need it;(It's an idea that in the absence of a translator there could be one more person)but the service from all the attendants at exams and reception was excellent.We came back happy with the service!Thank you very much!anyway..I highly recommend
Dr. Pollard is a breath of fresh air. She was thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the in take nurse, the lab technician and the check out desk was professional and kind. I’m really glad to have this be my new primary care clinic.
Everyone in this office is on it! Finally!! Woo-hoo! So many other practices are just falling behind. Every person from front desk, to lab, to provider, to scheduler, were ALL friendly and on the ball. I am glad I found this place. The physician was very thorough, and no nonsense. I had a nice experience after many disappointments in the area.
