I love this place. I was in so much pain. Lower back pain, I requested Brandi for my deep tissue massage. God bless her hands. She was able to help me alleviate the pain.

Went in for a regular massage for relaxation. After a little time I realized my muscles were really bound up and sore. Air did great job stretching my shoulders and worked many of the knots out Honestly it was the best massage I’ve had. I rebooked already to gain flexibility

I had a spafinder gift card and decided to visit Nava spa for a Thai/Deep Tissue combo. The spa is beautifully appointed and professional. Just like the photos. The massage by May was awesome with the perfect amount of Thai massage stretching and deep tissue pressure on my back and shoulders. I look forward to visiting again!
