The technique Ali uses is amazing! She is very intuitive, genuine and determined to provide results. After my first session I felt an improvement in circulation and energy. She found during my session that my neck had been compensating for several muscles that had been turned off. Now, two days later, I realize my thyroid has improved. I take my temperature every morning to monitor for low thyroid and it's never more than 97.5. This morning it was 98.0!
My personal trainer at Core57 recommended Allison to me. She saw her and loved her. I have chronic pain and tension patterns throughout my body, which cause a host of inconveniences in my daily life as well as personal training. Allison identified some major ones to start with, cleared them out for me, and then gave me very specific exercises (with personalized video tutorials done by her during our session).
