Mingledorff's - Marietta

Mingledorff's is a leading distributor in the Southeast for heating, cooling, and ventilation products, working with major brands like Carrier, Bryant, and Heil. Many customers appreciate their wide range of equipment, parts, and supplies, which are crucial for HVAC contractors and dealers to grow their businesses. However, there have been concerns regarding order fulfillment and logistics. Some customers experienced significant delays in receiving parts, with one mentioning months of waiting for a warranty repair, leading to frustration and negative feedback about the company’s communication and support.

Despite these concerns, there are positive accounts of customer service. One customer noted that the staff at the Williams Drive Mingledorff's location, including Steve, Danny, Anthony, Carducci, and Sebastian, consistently do a great job. They are praised for efficiently pulling orders, even during busy times. Steve, in particular, is recognized for his willingness to assist with any questions about equipment or jobs. Another customer highlighted Shawn, who helped them obtain a control board on a Saturday, ensuring that a customer would not go without heat during freezing temperatures.

While some customers have expressed disappointment with logistics and order accuracy, the company has shown an ability to come through in critical moments. Overall, Mingledorff's has the potential to be a reliable partner for HVAC businesses, especially if they can address the concerns raised regarding order management and communication.
