My experience was very good. I had a bunch of caring people who were showing me love and care while I was anxious. I was able to joke with them and make light of surgery. No One likes surgery. It's scary. The walk into the OR was weird, but I had wrapped my blanket around me like a cape, so I had courage. It was almost like being cared for by family.
I had a good experience the day of my surgery. The front desk rep and the nurses that took care of me before and after surgery were great! The problem that I have and still having is trying to get someone to pick up the phone and someone to return my calls. I have tried several times and I am not able to get ahold of anyone. This is so frustrating and it’s an easy fix-pick the phone up or call your clients back. Note that I had questions before surgery and after surgery and they are just as bad so just be aware of this problem!!
I would give the nurses 5 stars for sure BUT the billing team a 0.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the staff on April 4, 2025, was exceptional. I was a nervous wreck trying my best to hide it by avoiding eye contact & conversation. The staff was professional & so comforting, which made my time go by smoothly. I had a great experience with each individual I had to interact with. My physician was Dr Tayara, who was also professional & gave amazing care. I highly recommend & won't be so nervous the next time I am scheduled to go here. Thank you to each & every individual involved with my care.
