About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers a wide range of amenities at a great value, including state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, and more. Members appreciate the variety of classes and instructors, which help keep them motivated. The gym facility is generally clean, with a pool and modern equipment. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking. The staff, particularly those at the front desk, provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are amazing and very helpful. Despite some minor issues with locker room cleanliness, LA Fitness is a great choice for those looking for a well-rounded fitness experience. Trainers, like Mattie, are highly recommended for their support and guidance. She helps members feel comfortable and understand their fitness goals, even after training sessions have ended. The facility is great, with machines for every body part, and the sauna is a standout feature. For anyone looking to work out and de-stress, LA Fitness Marietta South on Terrill Mill Rd. is a perfect choice.
LA fitness is a good solid gym. Make sure to bring your own towel if you need to use the locker room facilities as they do not provide. I appreciate the Zumba classes as that is what I mainly go for. The group body work classes need more 10lb weights, or bring your own. The employees are friendly and always say hello
This gym is run down across the board — equipment, sauna, all of it. Cockroaches, dirty facilities, broken paper towel dispensers, empty or rancid soap dispensers. It's a health hazard. Honestly, it'd be better closed than open in this condition.
I no longer go here, but I hope this is outdated by next year — not for my sake, but for everyone else still using it.
(For context, I visit LA Fitness locations while traveling — this is one of many I've been to.)
I've been coming here for 4 years now. The staff always keeps this place clean and I've never encountered any broken equipment despite how crowded it during rush hour... the only reason I'm rating 4 out of 5 is because sometimes you have staff members that aren't even paying attention as people walk in. I've seen quite a few people walk in and not even scan their badge because either no one was up front or someone was on the phone.
