Unfortunately, your billing department chose to send me a supplemental bill 14 months after the fact when I had paid my bill in full at the time of my visit in June of 2021. Tisha in your billing department should seek other career opportunities because dealing with the general public may not be what she’s best suited for. Please hire front desk staff that knows insurance allowable amounts because randomly charging people “whatever you feel like they need to pay” when deductibles are not met is poor business practice. Not being medically transparent with your fee scheduled and not knowing your allowable amounts by insurance carriers is the fault or your office staff and not patients. I hope can use this as a learning experience to treat your patients better and make the experience of dealing with your office a more positive process.
