The Junior League of Cobb Marietta is a volunteer-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting the local community through education and action. It focuses on impacting individuals in the Cobb Marietta area by offering organized events like the Mistletoe Market, which is well-run and enjoyed by attendees. Members also have opportunities to develop leadership skills and build lasting relationships while making a positive difference for women and the community.
Being a member of the Junior League of Cobb–Marietta has been an amazing opportunity. I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time in the League, and it has helped me step outside my comfort zone and grow as a person. I feel honored to be part of such a wonderful organization.
I have been apart of the league for over a year now and it has helped me personally and professionally. If you’re looking to join a group of like minded individuals and are wanting to grow your network, this is the place for you!
I have been a member of the JLCM for a little more than a year and I highly recommend it for women who are interested in learning about, getting involved in and giving back to their community, meeting and networking with people, pursuing leadership opportunities, etc. The women in the league are friendly and welcoming and there are a variety of social events and volunteer shifts (at multiple local charitable organizations/events) on the calendar at any given time...which makes it easy and fun to fulfill membership requirements. :)
