Buyer Beware: This business has a horrible billing department. I was sent to collections for a copay bill that I never received. It was mailed to a prior address from 3 years ago despite the fact that I had been filling out intake paperwork correctly for numerous appointments for YEARS. I go to this office at least 3 times per year for YEARS and all other bills are sent to correct address. If I had a past due balance, why wouldn't they tell me that when I was in there multiple times in the year since? I have literally spent thousands of dollars here annually. Never again.

Office experience today was the worst EVER. A security guard member at the desk was cute with the biggest attitude. Uncle Sam would love her. I was looking for help and was turned away. I've never been treated like this before at a doctor's office. I would rather go to Grady hospital then back to this poor establishment.

Used the "save my spot" option on website for xray of fractured foot. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness from a front office staff. Not helpful and zero compassion. This is the second time I've experienced this level of unprofessionalism at this location. Will not be back. The urgent care I ended up going to? Offered me a wheelchair and assisted me in finding plan of care.
