My family and I broke down passing through from middle GA to TN. We were hauling a trailer loaded with 3 horses. Initially I was told to contact Ford which we did. We made an apt with Ford and had the wrecker take the truck there. Upon arriving Ford said sorry we don’t look at trucks that old (it’s a 2002). I called Jack’s and they said they would take it. We were very thankful that not only did they look at it that day when everyone else said it would be weeks before they would even look at it but they got it done and road worthy in less than 2 weeks!! Thank you so much for helping us out during a very stressful situation!
