I went to see Kelly Marcuzzi at Integral after I missed 3 days of work due to a bulging disc and severe sciatic pain. She immediately put my mind at ease that I would be able to get back to daily workouts and 1/2 marathon training. I loved that she videoed the exercises, so I could do them correctly at home! So grateful I could avoid medicine and surgery with her care.
