When I walked in I was greeted by two lovely receptionist. They were professional and extremely pleasant. The establishment was clean and beautiful. Then I spoke with the nurse practitioner. I believe her name was Jennifer I think either way she was thorough in the questions that we discussed. She was very professional and polite and caring about my wants and concerns and about my medical history. Then I met with my injection specialist Amanda and she was absolutely awesome again professional lovely very personable and caring and I can honestly say for the first time since I’ve been having Botox and fillers done. My nurse Amanda was incredible - she is so talented. The front desk staff, Cassidy and Daisy were so accommodating with helping to get all of my appointments scheduled and working within my availability. Thank you for everything!
Ideal Image is very professional, and their customer service is top tier. I’ve booked the hair removal and an IPL facial so far. They have great deals throughout the year. I was going to a different place for hair removal before this, and I wasn’t happy with the quality of service I was receiving. I’m so glad I tried Ideal Image! I highly recommend them to everyone. You can’t beat the customer experience and quality of service/treatments for the price.
