When I walked in I was greeted by two lovely receptionist. They were professional and extremely pleasant. The establishment was clean and beautiful. Then I spoke with the nurse practitioner. I believe her name was Jennifer I think either way she was thorough in the questions that we discussed. She was very professional and polite and caring about my wants and concerns and about my medical history. Ideal Image is very professional, and their customer service is top tier. I’ve booked the hair removal and an IPL facial so far. They have great deals throughout the year. I was going to a different place for hair removal before this, and I wasn’t happy with the quality of service I was receiving. I’m so glad I tried Ideal Image! I highly recommend them to everyone.
