Can a place get negative stars?! Worst massage I’ve ever had. I wanted a foot massage. The ladies were sleeping in the chairs, the towels I sat on were not changed, brights lights and it smelled like fish. Not exactly what anyone would call a spa. I’ve had many foot massages but they didn’t even soak my feet! After 10 minutes I told the lady to stop and I reluctantly paid and left. I couldn’t take it as it was so bad. Just don’t go here. Not a single customer and I see why. Complete waste of money.

This was my first time to I-Spa and I was in need of a massage for some lower back pain I was having. To start with as I approached the door one of the employee's was standing out front smoking a cigarette, that should have been my first indication. She put the cigarette out and led me inside. It was very bright inside and not very spa like feeling. I was led into a room, and this should have been my second sign, the room was bright, outdated, and uninviting. I was told to undress and the smoker left. I undressed and the massage table didn't look very fresh so I didn't lay down thinking the masseuse would come in and set it up. I stood there waiting and waiting and finally a masseuse came in and she was not very pleasant looking, wasn't dressed very well, and frankly smelled like smoke as well. She says "lay down"... so we discussed the cleanliness and she said it was... I'm not sure. I really wish I had just gotten dressed and walked out at that point. Anyway, long story short, the massage was not good and the masseuse hacked and coughed most of the time and the other one outside the room was hacking and coughing and talking on the phone. No calming atmosphere for sure. Finally after about 15 minutes I said I had enough and ended the session, got dressed and left (paid of course, and they argued with me for more tip, which I didn't give them more as there was no reason to give more of a tip for such poor service). I told them I didn't feel relaxed at all and the experience was not good at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place unless you're into bright lights and smelly masseuses.
