This was my first time using Hughes carpet cleaning. Lori was great to work with getting my appointment set up. Received a call day before and call when he was on the way. Laurent arrived on time and explained the cleaning process. My carpet looks wonderful. I had been searching for a non wet cleaning company. Hughes will definitely be the company I use in the future.
This company exceeded my expectations. I called them the day prior to service, and even the phone assistant was helpful and kind. Our carpets look stunning and feel so clean. I am so happy that I found this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!...unless you are willing to delete and forget every carpet and floor cleaning company in your phone!!! I've been using Hughes Dry for over 20 years and you will not find a better company or better DRY process for your home! Their tech Laurent was at our home yesterday and, as always, did and amazing job AND we were walking on the carpet and putting the small furniture back in place moments after he left! They called the day before to confirm my appointment and Laurent called on his way! This is how your run a home services company!
