Customer service is phenomenal and everyone does such a great job. I think I have had everyone there do a pedicure/manicure. They never disappoint! Highly recommend this location. They are like family. Always a job well done. !

I have been going to Hot Nails for over a year and I love them. The biggest thing that I love is the customer service. I go see Joyce each time I get my nails done. From the first time I went she remembered my name and what we had discussed previously. On top of that the nails are done to perfection. You can ask for designs or diamonds or whatever you like and they will do it. The price is another thing that amazes me. You pay the normal price for a full set, fill in’s are a normal price. You can leave the salon paying less than $100 for a full set and pedicure (like how pricing used to be). I can’t say enough good things about this salon!!

I have been getting pedicures at other places sporadically for the past year and I’m not joking, every single time I have been frustrated and disappointed. Until I walked into hot nails on a whim. For the first time in a year I felt really happy with the result. Sandy was so kind and did such an amazing job I will be using her from this point forward. So grateful to have stumbled on this little gem.
