Herbert Construction is amazing! It's one of the best places I've ever worked. It's so nice to work for a company where the focus is on communication. I never feel undervalued, underappreciated, or like my opinions don't matter.The Herberts are a great group of people, and so are the other people who work there. I've never felt so much like my input matters, and it means a lot that Doug Herbert, the president of the company himself, would take the time to listen to my ideas and help me grow in the company.The other staff members are always on your side and want you to do well, and the guys in charge of the construction crew are hardworking, extremely smart in their fields,...read full review

My husband said this job isn't for whimps, admitted that after 4 days he's a whimp, Lol! The foremans could use a management class. But the U.S. Marines could really use these guys that can perform the work of Hebert Construction. Tough group of young men. Hats off!
