Great staff and front desk, nurses, assistants and doctors are very professional and truly make patients feel comfortable. The personnel understanding that patients arrive to the office scared, confused or simply worried. Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon were professional and personable. They made patients feel in good hands. Extremely warm care at each step of the endoscopy. Highly recommend them.
I had a really good first time experience here. Renovation was going on so a little confusing finding the actual suite, but I still made it on time. Once arriving to the suite, everyone was friendly, personable, listened, and moved things along quickly and efficiently. I hate needles, but the pre-op pro listened to what has worked great in the past when finding my vein and successful on the first try! From check in to check out was about 1.5 hours at most, and I had a 8:00am appt. I arrived at 7:15am, but I didn’t go back until 7:30am and out on my way home by 9:00am. Great experience! Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon were professional and personable. Want to say a person thank you to my nurse and anesthesiologist. They made me feel I was in good hands. Highly recommend!
