Fit & Fabulous is just that! I lost over 6 inches my first visit. My husband noticed a difference immediately. Sessions are very relaxing and Destiny is amazing! She provided great service and treated me with such kindness that continued in each session. I highly recommend!

Listen, I had a session at this establishment. The personal care and compassion is untouched. Also, not to say the inches I lost in 1 session?. The biggest eye opener was my shirt was more lose after the session. I will definitely recommended this establishment.

I have a vegan diet and work out regularly and just could not get a handle on the bloating of my stomach and love handles. After talking to Ms. P, I was optimistic that Fit & Fabulous would have a plan that would work for me. I loved my first experience!! I lost 5.5 inches after my first session and when I got on the scale the next morning was down 3lbs. I look forward to finishing out this package and adding more until I reach my goal. I feel great and am motivated to do more.
