Product and installation, working with my insurance company (at least they got some money out of them!) was a very good experience. The only thing that pushes me to rate 4 stars instead of 5 was the clean-up. The crew threw their scraps from lunch/dinner out in the back yard. When the dog finally got to go reclaim his empire in the back after they left, he feasted! Of course, he also spent the next day and a half vomiting all over the inside of the house the next day. Just encourage them to use your garbage can. Also, there was some sort of spill (like a Coke, maybe a spit can?) off the pack part of the roof and it splattered all over the siding of the house on my deck. I wrote an email/sent pictures asking them to come back and clean that (didn't really want to get up on a ladder with a bucket and scrub brush after writing them a pretty big check), but got no response. Just be sure you do a walk-around during the daylight while they are still there!
I've worked for Emerson Home Services for 2 1/2 years now. I hope to retire from EHS one day. It really is another family to me.
