Finally spoke to the owner after a few days of trying to reach her. So let me give some helpful hints. JoAnne's landline AND answering machine or voicemail have some serious problems. Before I found out about the modified hours - I called several times. Finally - in frustration - I left a message. No call back. On a whim - I called again, late one evening - only to be told that she 'thought she remembered me leaving a voicemail" but it was so garbled that she couldn't get all the digits in the phone number I recited."
