Seems you were a bit overbooked, I had X-rays done, saw the dentist and then waited about a half hour to see the hygienist. She was very nice, guess someone was to tell me she would be awhile..
Office atmosphere is very noisy and chaotic. I requested that the balance on my account be credited back to me. I was advised that the finance department needed to handle this. Nothing has happened yet.
Dr attardo was amazing. He was able to give me a solution for an ongoing problem of mine, that I wanted to resolve that I have been told could not be resolved before. I was very happy when I left today.The man who did my insurance is also probably the most knowledgeable person on Insurance I have ever spoken to, and he worked his magic to ensure that I got the most out of my insurance and paid the least. He was amazing
