This place has amazing customer service! Jacky was truly God-sent. My washer broke, and I had a huge amount of laundry. I honestly felt overwhelmed just thinking about bringing it all inside. Jacky welcomed me right away, explained how everything worked, showed me around, and made sure I felt supported the entire time. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained, even the restroom was spotless. I genuinely appreciated the experience and will definitely be back for my larger items, even once my washer is fixed. Thank you for making my day so much better!
I had an excellent experience at Drip Drop Laundry. Jacky was incredibly attentive and truly committed to helping every customer with outstanding professionalism and respect. She answered every question with patience and guided us in choosing the right machines for our needs.
The establishment was very clean, well-organized, and in great condition. About 99% of the machines were working normally.

Good Day to all and Good Will to all pver the world. My first laundry experience was wonderful. JACKIE was the laundry attendent on duty the Sunday evening I arrived. Her smile lights up the room.I want to say Customer Service is excellent when you receive it. JACKIE is great at what she does and represents. A jewel and gemstone with a great smile and heart to add. We need more energy loke her in our world of stewardship. JACKIE keep that Angelic glow and I will definitely be a valued customer.
