I LOVE Dr.Patel I’m so glad I came across him for my son because the last doctor (Dr. TEMTEM) that I had was HORRIBLE sh e was trying to place j-tubes etc into my son and hadnt never even ran any test. Dr Patel came in and took his time with my son and handled me and my family with the up most respect. I would 10000% recommend him he’s a doctor who actually cares for our children.

He put him on treatments that worked and made a difference in his life that he still undergoes (2012-present). Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he is super kind and genuine. A few years ago, in an unrelated issue, my son dealt w a rare condition that affected his skin & blood overnight. Dr.Patel can’t be spoken of more highly. He has been my son’s GI dr for many years. When I first came to Marietta from south GA, he became a beacon of hope for my son who was struggling terribly w Crohn’s. He put him on treatments that worked and made a difference in his life that he still undergoes (2012-present). Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he is super kind and genuine. A few years ago, in an unrelated issue, my son dealt w a rare condition that affected his skin \\u0026 blood overnight. After ab 6 drs and an emergency biopsy within 2 days, no one could figure out what was wrong w him. My son was in soo much pain he could not even walk. His lower body bore boils and sores-scars of which are still evident on his feet and legs to date. We went to Dr. Patel in desperation as other drs said “maybe it’s related to Crohn’s” (they were shaking their heads and had all but given up). When we got to the Care center, Dr. Patel stayed in the room w my son and wouldn’t not leave until he reached a particular Dr that he just knew would be able to help my son. He called from his personal cellphone over and over until she herself was on his phone to set up something immediately to go right then and there. And we did… she was smart and kind as well and he was correctly diagnosed within the next 3 hours. I was ever soo grateful and can’t repay him for that. The rapport and trust my son has with/in him is irreplaceable. His impression has been so lasting w my son. My son will age out from pediatric care soon-and we will miss Dr.Patel dearly. He is indeed such an amazing Dr; moreover, he’s an even more amazing man. You will not regret allowing your child to be in his care. I tear up as I type this bc I know the transition has not occurred to my son yet. I pray to find a worthy replacement…they have some big shoes to fill.
