From the consultation to the last appointment they answered every question and took the time to address anything we brought up. We were in such good hands with Cranial Technologies. At the end of treatment we saw images of how much progress he has made and they ensure we were happy with our son's results. I didn't want my child to have a band, I was so resistant. The staff at Cranial patiently walked us through the inital process, ensured we were fully informed, and was pressure-free in the decision making process. After we decided to continue and got the band, Makenzie was our provider- she was fun, loved on our son, answered our many questions every adjustment, and was so genuinely kind all the time. I really didn't love the band, but I loved the experience of working with Cranial. Everyone we interacted with there was so kind, patient, and seemed to love working with these babies.
