I would 100% recommend this location. Everyone is so kind from the time you arrive to the time you leave. We learned so much and got a lot of support on best ways to care for our daughter while she had her helmet. Hartley made time fly by! We loved working with her.
Cranial Technologies is unsanitary. When we came in they told us to take our daughters hair down and that it had to be smooth to the head even though they are putting a stocking cap on our child's head. We were handed to community Vaseline Jar that still had hair in it from whomever used it before us. I asked if they had an applicator to get the product out and was handed a comb. Then you give me gloves afterwards. They should have individual packs of Vaseline. Then we're told that if we can't get the hair slick enough that we will have to trim (cut) her hair. Its always good to visit a doctor's office where majority of the staff has a great attitude and seem to love doing what they do. This was the feeling I got when visiting this location with my daughter. My daughter was a premature birth and there were concerns with how her head/skull was filling out. Our pediatrician recommended this location. Our daughter wore the DocBand helmet for about 2 and half months and I can see a noticeable difference. Grand total for the DocBand helmet came to 2200.00$.
