My stress runs pretty high and I typically have a difficult time getting my body to relax especially if I am in pain. After my last few adjustments, I noticed I felt a little more sleepy than usual. Today, I happened to look at my Garmin and my stress level had dropped considerably at the exact time of my adjustment and continued to drop during therapy afterward! That’s some pretty amazing bio feedback!
