Great, prompt service. I was located on the Air Base and Desmond was kind and patient as the security guard completed his car inspection and background check so he could be allowed on base. Once we got to my car it took him less than a minute to unlock my vehicle. Paid w my card on his phone and he was on his way. Would recommend.
I locked keys in trunk of my car. I called this service, they were there within the hour, unlocking my car with a smile. Incredibly friendly and professional. I hope I won't do this again but just in case, I placed their name & number in my contacts for future mishaps.
The technician came out within the hour (considering the bad weather) and got the lockbox opened so we could access the keys... much better option than taking the lock apart... great customer service, very professional tech and they understood the stressful situation and it showed in their responsiveness. Great job!!
