I absolutely loved my visit to BFF Nail & Spa in Marietta! The owner is such a sweet lady who makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. She never rushes through your appointment and really takes her time to make sure you're happy with the results. It's so refreshing to support a local business where you can tell they truly care. I'll definitely be back!
Julie was so kind and attentive to me. I was a walk in but they were able to still see me and Julie talked to me about nail health and growing out my nails. She gave me some tips in a non-pushy, kind way. We had pleasant conversation but she also let me be quiet if I wanted. Not only was it a great experience there, I am so so pleased with my nails. I will definitely be returning!!
They are phenomenal. Petrol (may have misspelled sorry!!) is the sweetest and takes her time to do your nails right. She’s very accommodating to you and what you want and does a fantastic job. Your nails will last and look flawless with the perfect shape. Great services offered but even better customer service :).
