Having my hair braided through this company and the braided who's name is Benedicte Tshiama has been an extremely bad experience for me for one thing my hair wasn't braid it right and it's messed up. I contacted Benedicte, told her that my hair was messed up from her not braiding right , she was supposed to come back to my residence and redo it , but she hasn't. I have contacted her several times by text messages and by phone calls I asked for a partial refund but she hasn't given me my money back and keeps making excuses concerning giving my money back. Now I want all my money back because it's been a big in discouragement and has caused me emotional distress for her to do me this way. I am a Disabled US Army Veteran with mobility problems and with 2 Service Dogs. I went nothing but about above and beyond to make her feel comfortable in my house when she was braiding my hair and the end result she turns out and does me wrong please see text messages and pictures my next step is if she don't refund my whole money that I paid her I will be taking her to small claims court

I recently had my hair done at this shop, this past Saturday. Before booking the appointment, my Mom showed her the picture of the style and size I wanted. She agreed that she could do Passion Twists. When Saturday came, (May 28th) I arrived early for my 10:30AM appointment, but Ayesha was not there. She didn’t arrive until 11:12AM. Then I showed her the same picture again, and confirmed with her that she could do Passion Twists and that size, before starting. She finishes my hair and does them twice the size I requested. Braider lady assaulted me because I was taking too long to pull a picture up on my phone. I will never patronize this shop ever again. For her to damage my pack of hair I purchased, pull and cut my hair because she's inpatient is totally unacceptable. I will be pressing charging once the police report is back.
