We had hardwood installed in our new home to replace the carpet, Brandon came highly recommended by our realtor and we fully understand why! He and his team were amazing from the very beginning. He spent quite a bit of time with us on the back and forth with the type of flooring we need, the stain, and outlined expectations perfectly. He took it upon himself to have four coats applied to ensure the floors looked perfect for us. When I had questions he responded almost immediately. Their design representative arrived right on time — which is a rarity these days — and took the time to really listen, ask thoughtful questions, and walk me through several flooring options and quality levels. This company is amazing! From the minute Mya came to educate us on your products to Lauren for billing questions and Saul and the rest of the group for their fantastic work in our home!
