We had our roof replaced by Avalon Restoration and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. It’s rare to find a contractor who is transparent, reliable, and easy to work with. They handled the entire process with total professionalism, used high-quality materials, and ensured the cleanup was spotless, which was huge for us. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can actually trust to do the job right the first time, I can’t recommend Avalon Restoration enough!
They did everything to please us even extra work that the insurance adjuster didn’t pay for. They found us difficult to deal with because I wanted the house brought up to date and the adjuster wanted only to bring it back to its 50 year old condition. I paid very little out of pocket to have a brand new kitchen with a quartz countertop instead of Formica, which was what we originally had in there. Allstate only paid for the lower cabinets and not the upper ones so to bring it uniformed, I paid the difference to get the upper ones up to date. This is the best roofing company in Atlanta. Chris makes everything happen to customers satisfaction. He is willing and accommodating to all requests. It doesn't get any better than Avalon.
