Amazing dental practice. Love everyone from the front desk and all the dental assistants. Very professional but still laid back. They make you feel comfortable all the way. Love my doctor Shepherd! I haven't been to the dentist, shall we say... in a while. The staff at Atlanta West put me at ease by first Roger giving me a comprehensive tour of the facility and equipment, then he took necessary pics and x-rays, which was painless. After that Dr. Nguyen went over the pics and discussed options, etc., very thorough! Lastly, the facility itself is very nice! Thank you!

Life happened and I was past due for my cleaning. The older I get the more anxious I get about appointments, and this was no exception. Natalie did a great job with my x-rays, she was so friendly with her big smile. Lisa is my hygienist and as always she did an amazing job! Lisa remembers everything and it's like catching up with an old friend in her chair. My teeth feel so squeaky clean, I can't stop running my tongue over them! Dr Nyguen (not sure I spelled the right) did my exam and with her soft voice she put me at ease right away. She expressed her concerns and educated me as well!
