The roofing consultant who came out to assess my leaking roof was very thorough and examined the whole roof for issues, not just the areas where I had the leaks. He took several photographs of the roof and showed me the problem areas and explained how they would be fixed. The estimate was emailed to me overnight and although not the cheapest price I had been quoted, having met the consultant, I felt confident that Atlanta Roofing Specialists would do a more thorough job than the other companies I had already met with. I was very pleased with the repair and the young man who performed the work could not have been more courteous and pleasant. After completing the work, he showed me photographs of the repair and the replaced shingles. While up on the roof, he had also checked the entire roof for nail pops and rusty nails which could cause leaks later. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Atlanta Roofing Specialists to others. In my own experience, they are prompt, courteous and thorough and I felt that the price quoted for the work was reasonable. They do great work, going that extra step to ensure customer satisfaction.
