Cut down the tree just fine but no communication. Was supposed to put firewood in my yard or at least as much as possible. Instead of saying anything at all just came by and picked up check. When I got home all the wood is on neighbors property. Didn't have the decency to even mention anything at all. Most people would have at least said something when a job doesn't go as agreed others just grab the check and run before anyone notices.Service: Tree removal

They crushed my fencewhile removing trees. Said he was "a man of his word" and that he would fix it.. two weeks after tree removal and still broken fence. . I have two dogs. He said he couldn't find anyone to fix it. So we said that we would and he will pay for it . He agreed. We are out $1500 . He is not a man of his word. He does not tell the truth. We have caught him in many tall tales. Needless to say , very disappointing. I highly do not recommend Aspen tree ExpertsServices: Tree stump grinding

Super disappointed. Made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. The appointment was a no show with no call, text, email. I called the number on the confirmation email only to have a child tell me wrong number. I then emailed the address on the confirmation email and they called me back shortly to apologize for the misunderstanding. He said they tried to cancel, but the email wouldn't go through??? We rescheduled for the next day. Again no show with no contact. Won't be trying to set up an appointment with this company again.
