The America’s Best home plans team helped us through every step of the process. From choosing a floor plan that would best suit our needs, to the possibility of reversing images, and even the download process. Laura Segars was very helpful, she returned my calls promptly and was able to answer all my questions. Their Customer Service Representative, Martha Reilly, was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in walking us through the proceess of ordering the bulding plans we liked. They were received right away in a PDF file, and have already been enlarged to 24" x 36" and forwarded to our builder.Vic and Theresa Del Regno
