Let me tell you somethin… being a new home owner is scary! Anything can happen and in today’s world, who has the extra $$$ to drop when something goes wrong?! Especially with your AC because that can easily get pricey! I set up a membership with Air Force which was very reasonably priced and comes with a lot of bang for your buck! I had them come out and just service it because I wasn’t sure when the last time the last homeowner did it. Gotta keep my house cool in this hot weather! They got me an appointment quickly and were on top of everything sending reminders and calling promptly to make sure we were on track. Derrek came out and did a FANTASTIC job! He was very thorough and kept me in the loop on all his findings. Gave me all the options of what we can do going forward. He made sure everything was in working condition until I decide what my next step is, was very clean and professional! Took pictures and sent me an email with everything he found and did so I know what I’m paying for. I highly…HIGHLY recommend them for any of your AC needs!!!!
it wasn’t blowing. We contacted Airforce and stated we had no information regarding the system and we thought our fan was out; they were out the next day. Seth was very knowledgeable; he called and found out our system wasn’t very old and labor for replacement of certain part would be under warranty. The part needed to be ordered and it would be a couple of weeks. He gave us a temporary ‘fix’ so we would have working air while we waited. We were looking at around $500 for this part, but we needed it. The part came in, and Seth was back. When he got in and started working he found a wire that was unattached. He reconnected this wire, and discovered we did not need the $500 part. We would’ve never known this! He said, “it’s the right thing to do”. This company has our business! They’re knowledgeable, friendly, quick response and very clearly HONEST. Highly recommend them!
