5th Generation completed a complex project involving a bathroom remodel and conversion of two bedrooms into a studio. We were outside the area during the entire project. Joseph Hammond did an outstanding job as project manager and communicated regularly at every step of the way. I am impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship.
Fifth Generation completed a bathroom remodel+ project on time, within the budget set, and with top quality. The work was excellent, communication consistent, and we greatly appreciate it.
Also, I can’t say enough good things about Paul - the lead on our project. He was stellar throughout this process, particularly with his communication, clarity, and expertise. He was a genuine pleasure to work with, and someone I will call on again when it comes time for future projects.
Back in February, my master shower leaked into the kitchen below. I was not happy as this new shower was only around 6 years old. So the insurance battle started. I found Brian and 5th Generation on a referral. We met and came up with a plan. It took the insurance company 4 months to come around, but all the numbers quoted in February were honored. Brian brought over Joseph as the project manager, and the work commenced as scheduled. In under 2 weeks, the shower was gutted ( its a large two headed walk in with a bench) plumbed, sheet-rocked, tiled, painted and door replaced, in under their time estimate.
