After calling Hinson Hill Pest Control about a roach problem in our home, Blake came by a few days later and treated both the inside and outside of the house. He was extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to inspect our yard to identify any possible sources of the infestation.
Since his visit, we haven’t seen a single roach — we’re very happy with the results.
A few weeks later, I discovered a yellow jacket nest in the wood next to our house. Blake returned within two days, fully suited up, and safely removed the nest. Once again, the service was excellent.
I understand from other comments that they can be busy, and that’s because they’re out in the field helping customers — but in our experience, the service has been outstanding and affordable.
Very knowledgeable, very polite, and we genuinely learned a lot throughout each visit.
